I have just had the worst biryani I have ever ordered, no taste what so ever it was like eating a plate of mush I say mush because only three pieces of chicken, I’ve had spicier korma, so bad it’s gone in the bin. First time used this place won’t be using again

Delivered at 19:15 and still waiting at 21:15. Phoned Vicceroy at 20:25 and told it would be 15 minutes. Extremely disappointing and made worse by lies by the restaurant themselves.

  Reply : Hi Hannah, We are extremely sorry about the delaying in your order. Even though Restaurant was not that busy we were busy on takeaway side. However we will take that on board and work on that. And I hope you will continue with us.

The order was placed two hours before the required delivery but was not delivered at the required time. I phoned 30 minutes after the planned delivery and it was obvious the staff had no idea whether the order had been dealt with and was out for delivery but promised to check and call back. I had a call back 15 minutes later to say they had technical issues and didn’t have the order. Eventually received the order an hour late with a complimentary bottle of wine. The food was good but spoilt by the delay.

Today(25/08/2019) i ordered for a stuffed porotha,Egg fried rice,Nan and chicken Vindaloo.I got it delivered with in 30 minutes and i got a "STAPLER PIN" from the stuffed Porotha while eating.Terrible Experience....

The first order was cold and missing an item. Fair enough I rang and complained, another order was sent. However, the mixed grill was very disappointing. The chicken was dry. The lamb, was not recognisable as lamb. It felt to me that it was leftovers microwaved. I have had lots of takeaway curries. This was by far and a way, the worst .

Had to register using landline tel number not mobile as mobile not reliable here. Had to add a 0 on the end of the number as your system does not recognise 5 digit telephone numbers! Meal was excellent as usual!
